Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, deploy, and optimize SSRS reports, dashboards, parameterized reports, and data-driven subscriptions.
Gather reporting requirements from Business Analysts and stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets for report generation.
Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling and DAX-based functionality.
Develop and maintain Crystal Reports for legacy and operational reporting.
Perform data analysis and validation to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
Use Azure DevOps for version control, deployment pipelines, and task management.
Develop and maintain VBScript automation, calculations, and system customizations where applicable.
Provide L2 support for reporting issues, including debugging and performance tuning.
Maintain documentation for report designs, data models, and solutions while following data security, IT policies, and reporting standards.

2–5 years of experience in SSRS development and reporting solutions.
Strong SQL Server expertise, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and optimizing SSRS reports.
Experience creating Power BI dashboards, with knowledge of DAX and data modeling.
Experience developing and maintaining Crystal Reports.
Understanding of data analysis and data validation techniques.
Experience with Azure DevOps repositories, pipelines, and work items.
Knowledge of VBScript or Visual Basic scripting for automation and customization.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
