Base Salary
$114k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical design and end-to-end development within Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Architect and implement scalable, reusable Apex components and LWC components.
- Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Drive automation across case lifecycle, Omni-Channel routing, and escalation processes.
- Design and maintain Experience Cloud sites for customer/partner self-service.
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Review and enforce best practices around security and test coverage.
- Lead technical projects and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
- Maintain high code quality through peer reviews and CI/CD processes.
Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer focused on Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Strong understanding of data model design, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud features like Case Management and Omni-Channel.
- Experience building and customizing Experience Cloud sites.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade code at scale.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Custom MCP Tooling Experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with AI tools within Service Cloud or Experience Cloud is preferred.
