Base Salary

$114k - $208k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own technical design and end-to-end development within Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Architect and implement scalable, reusable Apex components and LWC components.
  • Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.
  • Drive automation across case lifecycle, Omni-Channel routing, and escalation processes.
  • Design and maintain Experience Cloud sites for customer/partner self-service.
  • Collaborate with Product and Support teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Review and enforce best practices around security and test coverage.
  • Lead technical projects and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Maintain high code quality through peer reviews and CI/CD processes.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering related discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer focused on Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
  • Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Strong understanding of data model design, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud features like Case Management and Omni-Channel.
  • Experience building and customizing Experience Cloud sites.
  • Proven track record of shipping production-grade code at scale.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Custom MCP Tooling Experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools within Service Cloud or Experience Cloud is preferred.
