Base Salary
$114k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical design and end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud development.
- Architect and implement reusable Apex components, Lightning Web Components, and design patterns.
- Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party knowledge bases, ticketing platforms, and case-routing systems.
- Drive automation for case lifecycles, Omni-Channel routing, entitlements and SLAs, and escalation processes.
- Design and maintain Experience Cloud customer and partner self-service sites, knowledge articles, and case-deflection tools.
- Translate business needs into reliable technical solutions with Product and Support teams.
- Enforce best practices for security, sharing models, governor limits, test coverage, and code quality.
- Lead technical projects across sprint cycles, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and participate in peer reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer focused on Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model design, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements and SLAs, Knowledge, and Service Console configuration.
- Experience building and customizing Experience Cloud sites, community templates, Experience Builder, and self-service portals.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade code at scale and integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Custom MCP Tooling experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience building or extending Agentforce or Salesforce-native AI assistant tools such as chatbots, case classification, or agent assist is strongly preferred.
