- Maintain and update topic-specific e-learning content.
- Maintain and develop IT tools for interface topics related to wafer manufacturing and product development.
- Manage Confluence content, GUI, and usage tracking with Matomo.
- Manage iShare, SharePoint, and OneDrive content and document libraries.
- Assist with the transition to Microsoft 365 and implement future knowledge-sharing concepts using Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
- Reverse engineer competitor devices, especially GaN and SiC devices, for comparison with Infineon products.
- Perform data analysis related to specific interface topics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of firmware development experience, preferably focused on power electronics or DCDC controllers.
- Proficiency in C.
- Good programming skills such as Python are advantageous.
- BSEE or MSEE in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is preferred.
