Responsibilities
- Build production-ready agentic AI applications using tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable software, unit and integration tests, CI/CD pipelines, and offline and online evaluations.
- Implement red-team scenarios and content and action safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate work, and communicate trade-offs and results with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into software systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Proficiency in two or more of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java; Java experience includes enterprise services, Spring Boot, concurrency, and performance.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
- Experience with relevant AI frameworks, testing tools, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs is expected or beneficial.
