Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirements workshops, analyze business processes, and translate needs into user stories, functional specifications, solution features, and acceptance criteria.
  • Design, configure, enhance, secure, and support SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server sites, pages, lists, libraries, metadata, permissions, search, document management, and collaboration solutions.
  • Plan and execute SharePoint migrations with ShareGate or comparable tools, including inventory, remediation, mapping, migration waves, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and post-migration support.
  • Develop responsive canvas and model-driven Power Apps using reusable components, Power Fx, validations, role-based experiences, and Dataverse.
  • Build Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, scheduled processing, integrations, exception handling, monitoring, and business-process automation.
  • Design Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, security roles, and configuration data.
  • Create Power BI datasets, models, measures, dashboards, reports, and embedded analytics using Power Query.
  • Configure and support Power Pages and integrations with Microsoft 365 and line-of-business systems using connectors, APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and Logic Apps.
  • Perform unit, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing; manage defects, validation, stakeholder sign-off, deployment readiness, and production troubleshooting.
  • Prepare designs, process flows, wireframes, data mappings, test materials, user guides, release notes, and operational documentation.
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, estimation, demonstrations, training, handover, and collaboration with architecture, development, testing, security, infrastructure, product, and delivery teams.
  • Apply secure coding, governance, access-control, documentation, application-lifecycle-management, Git, repository, pull-request, and release-management practices.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4–7 years of Microsoft solution delivery experience with hands-on Power Platform development and functional consulting responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server, including information architecture, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, permissions, search, administration, configuration, and support.
  • Experience designing SharePoint collaboration, document-management, workflow, and business-process solutions that satisfy functional, security, and usability requirements.
  • Practical SharePoint migration experience using ShareGate or a comparable tool, including assessment, planning, execution, validation, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Experience developing canvas and model-driven Power Apps with Power Fx, Dataverse, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
  • Hands-on experience building Power Automate approval, notification, scheduled, and integration workflows.
  • Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, using Power Query and data modeling, and embedding reports in Power Apps.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating workshops, writing user stories and functional specifications, managing backlogs, and supporting prioritization.
  • Experience with SIT and UAT, including test preparation, data validation, defect management, stakeholder coordination, and sign-off.
  • Experience delivering client-facing solutions in Agile/Scrum and SDLC environments with strong stakeholder communication and demonstration skills.
  • Experience with SPFx, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, Fluent UI, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, PnPjs, JSON formatting, PowerShell, and PnP PowerShell.
  • Experience with standard and premium connectors, custom connectors, APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Service, Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Entra ID, Git, Azure DevOps repositories, debugging, logging, performance optimization, and release management.
  • Preferred experience includes public-sector or regulated-industry programs, cloud or data-center migration testing, Power Platform governance, environment strategy, data-loss-prevention policies, solution packaging, Power Pages, Azure integrations, and line-of-business systems.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-900, PL-400, MB-230, or other relevant Power Platform, Power BI, or Copilot certifications are preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of public-sector, healthcare, financial-services, retail-banking, case-management, workflow-automation, or customer-service processes is preferred.
