Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship production agentic AI systems and AI-powered features for real financial data and customer-facing applications.
- Integrate commercial and open-source LLMs into agentic workflows and build AI agents and business workflow automation solutions.
- Develop microservices-based, event-driven distributed systems using messaging platforms and cloud infrastructure.
- Apply model-level techniques including embeddings, fine-tuning, and inference tooling.
- Use agent orchestration frameworks and schema, validation, and state-management tools appropriately.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for design, implementation, testing, debugging, and refactoring while maintaining production-quality standards.
- Build systems that meet high standards for reliability, security, and auditability in a regulated financial services environment.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience with Python or Java.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs including ChatGPT/OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude.
- Experience building and integrating AI agents and business workflow automation solutions.
- Experience with microservices-based architectures, event-driven programming, distributed systems, Apache Kafka, and messaging platforms.
- Experience with Enterprise Data Hubs and data integration platforms.
- Strong PostgreSQL database design and development skills.
- Experience with AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Docker/Containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of DevOps, DevSecOps, MLOps, and LLMOps.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks and the Agentic Development Lifecycle.
- Preferred experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, FinTech, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
