Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow SecOps solutions focused on Vulnerability Response and security operations use cases.
- Configure SecOps data ingestion, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting processes.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools and enterprise systems using REST APIs, spokes, and MID Server.
- Develop and customize Service Portal pages, widgets, and UI components.
- Implement platform scripting with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Create and manage Service Catalog items for security requests, access, exceptions, and operational workflows.
- Design and support Flow Designer and legacy Workflow automations.
- Troubleshoot SecOps functionality, integrations, scripting, and automation issues.
- Collaborate with security teams, platform teams, stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Document designs, participate in design discussions, and provide proactive status updates to the BSA.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow SecOps, particularly Vulnerability Response, Service Portal, and integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform scripting, Service Catalog, and Flow/Workflow.
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs, spokes, and MID Server.
- Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills.
