Responsibilities
- Collaborate with users, designers, PMs, and data scientists on LLM-based agents.
- Develop prompts, evaluations, and tools for code integration.
- Prototype solutions and iterate based on user feedback.
- Stay informed on LLM prompting and code editing research.
- Work with other teams to enhance capabilities and integrations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in backend engineering (Go, Java, Python).
- Experience shipping software that utilizes LLMs in production.
- Passion for generative AI and its impact on software engineering productivity.
- Experience with large-scale systems, data sets, and machine learning.
- Ability to facilitate technical discussions and drive solutions.
- Experience in writing developer tools like IDEs or static code analysis tools.
- Demonstrated use of AI coding tools in workflows.
