Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Data 360 delivery across batch, streaming, API, and Zero Copy ingestion strategies.
- Design and govern data models, DMOs, relationships, identity resolution, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, segmentation, and activation.
- Review technical designs for scalability, performance, security, governance, and alignment with enterprise data architecture.
- Guide teams in designing, building, configuring, and deploying scalable Data Cloud solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical and delivery point of contact for Data 360 initiatives.
- Partner with business, marketing, analytics, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and delivery roadmaps.
- Drive UAT, go-live readiness, defect resolution, and post-production optimization.
- Provide effort estimates, delivery plans, status updates, and technical leadership.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- 8–10 years of Salesforce experience and 1–2 years of Data 360 implementation experience are required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 enterprise implementations.
- Advanced SQL skills for analytics and Calculated Insights.
- Experience with APIs, JSON, event data, cloud data platforms, and data integration pipelines.
- Knowledge of Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.
- Understanding of Salesforce metadata, objects, and permissions.
- Experience integrating Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud is preferred.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Journeys, Contact Builder, activation flows, Salesforce Personalization, Agentforce, and Einstein AI is preferred.
- Mandatory Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications; Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce AI Associate, and Salesforce Platform Data Architect certifications are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education and experience working with enterprise customers are required.
