Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce Data 360 delivery, including batch, streaming, API, and Zero Copy ingestion; data modeling; identity unification; transformations; calculated insights; segmentation; and activation.
- Lead solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture, scalability, performance, security, governance, and Data Cloud best practices.
- Prepare data models, DMOs, and relationship designs while guiding teams in building, configuring, and deploying scalable Data Cloud solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical and delivery point of contact for Data 360 initiatives and provide technical leadership to teams and developers.
- Partner with business, marketing, analytics, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, roadmaps, estimates, and delivery plans.
- Drive UAT, go-live readiness, defect resolution, and post-production optimization.
- Provide leadership status updates and balance hands-on technical work with team leadership.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the posting additionally states 8-10 years of Salesforce experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience delivering Data 360 implementation projects is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 in enterprise implementations.
- Deep knowledge of Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, Activation, data ingestion strategies, event data, and customer engagement tracking.
- Advanced SQL skills for analytics and Calculated Insights, plus experience with APIs, JSON, data integration pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce metadata, objects, permissions, and integrations with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Journeys, Contact Builder, activation flows, Salesforce Personalization, Agentforce, Einstein AI, Zero Copy, Semantic Layer, and Document AI is preferred or desirable.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory; Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce AI Associate, and Salesforce Platform Data Architect certifications are preferred.
- Proven technical team leadership, strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, decision-making, problem-solving, and enterprise customer experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
