Base Salary
$137k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to causal inference modeling for subscriber acquisition and retention.
- Develop incentive optimization frameworks for personalized rewards.
- Create budget allocation and forecasting models for optimal spending.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams on experiments and ML systems.
- Mentor engineers and cross-functional partners through influence.
- Build and deploy ML systems to enhance subscriber outcomes.
Requirements
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in building production-scale ML systems.
- Strong understanding of probability theory, statistics, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Proficient in Python, Java, or C++, with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Interest in leading a new team with broad impact.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
