Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and optimization of Advanced/Graph-RAG systems and AI agents, including evaluation and safety design.
- Design production architectures using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, and SQL.
- Define and deploy implementation standards, evaluation templates, and reusable reference implementations.
- Develop proposals through problem identification, solution design, estimation, proof-of-concept planning, and demonstrations.
- Coordinate stakeholders and manage delivery progress, quality, risks, and changes.
- Develop team members and lead technical reviews.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience productionizing and continuously improving LLM/RAG systems.
- Experience serving as the primary owner for Azure design.
- Experience creating client-facing proposal materials and demonstrations.
- Experience leading technical reviews.
- Preferred experience with LLMOps, Prompt Flow, automated evaluation and monitoring, zero-trust and network design, and Cosmos DB throughput and partition design.
- Strong consulting, teamwork, adaptability, communication, and technology-learning skills.
