Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and declarative platform capabilities.
- Build and support secure REST API integrations, HTTP callouts, authentication, JSON processing, service logging, and resilient error handling.
- Implement data mappings, validation rules, synchronization logic, and secure data-management patterns across standard and custom objects.
- Translate functional requirements into maintainable technical designs and reusable Salesforce platform patterns.
- Create unit tests and technical test cases, validate changes in sandboxes, and resolve implementation defects.
- Prepare deployment packages and promote changes through controlled Salesforce release pipelines.
- Produce technical documentation, implementation notes, test evidence, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Requirements
- Strong commercial Salesforce experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and platform configuration.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with external services through secure REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing, and governor limits.
- Experience with source-driven development, Git-based workflows, and automated release pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Copado or a comparable Salesforce DevOps platform.
- Clear technical design and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong testing, problem-solving, maintainability, and operational-support discipline.
- Financial services, lending, origination, or regulated-industry experience is highly desirable.
