Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance existing PL1 modules for Output Management Systems.
- Conduct code and business analysis, refactor code, and improve module resilience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve bugs or issues.
- Participate in requirements engineering and document business needs.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable, efficient output management solutions.
Requirements
- Profound development experience in PL1.
- Extensive experience with Output Management Systems, including architecture and design.
- Strong expertise in requirements engineering.
- Deep knowledge of IBM DB2, WebSphere MQ, and XML.
- Profound experience with Allianz Business System (ABS).
- Fluent German language skills for communication with business stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to Munich for Tribe Days and stakeholder workshops.
- Java skills or experience in another object-oriented language is desirable.
