Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end full-stack features from user experience through backend code.
- Design and integrate AI-enabled workflows with defined data flows, secure APIs, permissions, integration boundaries, scalability, failure handling, and support ownership.
- Improve software engineering practices through AI-assisted requirements analysis, coding, code review, test generation, regression testing, defect triage, documentation, release readiness, and production support.
- Establish standards, approved tools, reusable instructions, testing expectations, review checklists, training, and outcome measures for safe AI adoption.
- Apply quality, security, and operational practices including AI evaluation, output validation, human approval, access controls, logging, monitoring, incident response, rollback, and production support.
- Act as an SME, make team decisions, lead cross-functional delivery, collaborate across teams, coordinate stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong hands-on full-stack experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, databases, cloud services, and modern web application architecture.
- Experience using AI to improve software development lifecycle activities and turning individual AI uses into repeatable, measured, scalable team practices.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures and implementing cloud-native solutions.
- Experience with AI evaluation and testing, secure production integrations, access controls, monitoring, incident response, rollback, and production support.
- Good-to-have experience with React Native, automation in application development, and Microsoft Front End Development using NextJS.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
