Responsibilities

Advise clients on industry best practices and serve as a Salesforce platform expert.
Drive requirements gathering and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
Design and build Agentforce-powered user experiences using Salesforce technologies.
Develop client strategies and roadmaps that balance quick wins with longer-term goals.
Provide input on detailed designs, infrastructure, and project plans.
Design and optimize business processes across disparate systems.
Lead cross-functional teams in creating rich end-user experiences and connect outcomes to business value.
Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.
Stay current with new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.

At least 3 years of customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping experience.
At least 5 years of CRM industry experience.
Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
Experience with GenAI prompt writing.
Hands-on experience with Agentforce or another generative-AI platform, or with Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action.
Ability to drive requirements gathering and design business processes across disparate systems.
Ability to communicate return on investment and business value through storytelling.
Comfort using flow-charting tools such as Lucidchart.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and learn new technologies.
Preferred: experience defining robust testing approaches for generative-AI solutions.

Remote and in-person work options are available, including work from the Massachusetts headquarters, regional hubs, or remotely.
Certain roles may require travel of up to 25%.
