Responsibilities
- Build and enhance features across the Agency platform including partner tooling and API services in PHP.
- Design and implement AI workflows to automate partner and reseller experiences.
- Integrate LLM-powered capabilities into core Agency features.
- Contribute to Python-based AI agent development.
- Drive productization to make Agency features scalable and configurable.
- Maintain and evolve legacy codebases while modernizing them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Design.
- Engage in code reviews and participate in the on-call rotation for incidents.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a backend software engineering role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of scaling SaaS systems.
- Experience writing production code in PHP.
- Experience with Python for backend services or AI workflows.
- Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL, DynamoDB, and Redis.
- Strong problem-solving skills across multiple codebases and technologies.
