Responsibilities

Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.
Develop and debug C# plugins, JavaScript client-side scripts, and model-driven apps.
Manage managed and unmanaged solutions, solution layering, and deployment import/export troubleshooting.
Customize commands and command bars using Ribbon Workbench.
Implement security roles and field-level security in the Power Platform.
Develop FetchXML, OData, and LINQ queries for plugins, client-side scripts, and Power Automate flows.
Integrate model-driven apps with external systems using Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and Power Automate connectors.

Extensive hands-on experience customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Proficiency with C#, JavaScript Client API, plugins, client-side scripts, and model-driven apps.
Experience with solution management, solution layering, deployments, and Ribbon Workbench.
In-depth knowledge of Power Platform security roles and field-level security.
Expertise with FetchXML, OData, and LINQ queries.
Experience integrating Power Platform applications with external systems.
Familiarity with Dual-write and integration between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is preferred.
Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, repositories, work item tracking, and backlog management is preferred.
Working knowledge of Azure Monitor and Application Insights is preferred.
Experience with XrmToolBox, KingswaySoft, or Spkl is preferred.
Familiarity with Power Platform ALM best practices and Azure Logic Apps is preferred.
