Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, upgrades, interface changes, and software-hardware integration requirements.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, layouts, reports, status updates, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Capture client clarifications, respond to customer requests, gather feedback, and support customer satisfaction.
- Maintain continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality, reporting, and release-plan adherence.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn programming languages and current best practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Talend DI.
- Ability to analyze requirements, information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain software solutions.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and assess software performance and quality.
- Ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders through written reports, email, calls, and status updates.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
