Responsibilities

Build and optimize backend, reporting, and web-based applications.
Develop compliance reporting solutions for equities, including CAT and CASE.
Process and optimize data using SQL and relational databases.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web applications.
Work with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, microservices, caching, messaging, cloud platforms, containers, and event-driven architectures.
Collaborate in an Agile development environment and maintain high-quality code standards.

At least 2 years of backend development experience using Python and Java with Spring Framework.
Knowledge of the equities asset class.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases for data processing and optimization.
Exposure to web UI frameworks such as Angular.
Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD concepts, and Agile methodologies.
Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices architecture.
Experience with in-memory caching solutions such as Pivotal Cloud Cache (Gemfire) or Redis.
Experience with the Solace messaging platform.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
