Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Configure Workday security roles and permissions and troubleshoot application issues.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions to the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and manage the team, contribute to team decisions, and participate in key cross-team decisions.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and monitor project progress against business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM Security, including configuring security roles and permissions within Workday.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with Application Modernization is a good-to-have qualification.
