Responsibilities
- Understand customer requests and support WMS products and solutions in collaboration with global technical and functional teams.
- Gather, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues while adhering to defined SLAs.
- Replicate and maintain customer environments, solutions, and customizations.
- Document recurring issues and create knowledge articles.
- Provide timely customer communication and follow issues through closure to improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to automate routine support activities.
- Drive simpler, more robust, and more efficient architectures and designs.
- Represent product vision, portfolios, and functional and technical roadmaps internally and with strategic customers.
- Mentor junior and mid-level support engineers and report to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM field.
- Minimum 1.5 to 3 years of experience in application support and implementation.
- Strong experience supporting BY WMS web applications, including WMS architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise cloud solutions, especially Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with cloud-based microservices architectures, multi-tenant SaaS solutions, scalability, performance, and high availability.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, JIRA, AppDynamics, and Splunk.
- Understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, and identity management.
- Strong supply chain or warehouse domain knowledge and technical knowledge.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to learn quickly.
