Responsibilities
- Design and develop test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Perform API, functional, regression, conversational AI, prompt, and response-validation testing.
- Validate AI/ML model behavior, quality, reliability, performance, and governance.
- Identify model risks, manage defects, and prepare test reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-quality AI product releases.
Requirements
- Experienced in automation testing and test automation framework development.
- Proficient with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent automation frameworks.
- Skilled in API testing with Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
- Experience with AI/ML model validation and testing, including Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Experience testing conversational AI systems such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and LLMs.
- Knowledge of functional and regression testing, prompt testing, and response validation.
- Proficiency in Python or Java.
- Familiarity with defect management, test reporting, and Agile/Scrum methodology.
