Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions.
- Build AI-powered applications, APIs, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines for data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation, AI agents, and LLM-driven solutions.
- Create intelligent document processing and data extraction capabilities.
- Develop predictive models for forecasting, anomaly detection, classification, and operational decision support.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, architecture, and business teams to embed AI into enterprise platforms and processes.
- Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience delivering AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks including PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, Spark, MLflow, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience building LLM applications, RAG solutions, or AI agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and production AI operations.
- Experience with AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of large-scale data platforms, data governance, and API development.
- Strong problem-solving, solution design, stakeholder engagement, communication, ownership, accountability, and delivery skills.
- Ability to balance innovation with governance and operational requirements and work effectively in complex enterprise environments.
- Advantageous experience in banking, financial services, payments, fraud, AML, or reconciliation.
- Advantageous experience with vector databases, semantic search, enterprise knowledge management, intelligent workflow automation, or low-code platforms.
