Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementations.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions and maintain architecture documentation.
- Provide hands-on development and technical oversight for plugins, workflows, custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, and .NET components.
- Architect integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, ERP systems, and third-party applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, OData, and Azure services.
- Define data models, migration strategies, integration patterns, governance approaches, and Azure-based integration solutions.
- Lead architecture, design, code reviews, technical mentorship, stakeholder liaison activities, and knowledge transfer.
- Govern security, scalability, performance, compliance, environment management, release management, ALM, source control, branching, CI/CD, and automated deployments using Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 9+ years of total experience.
- Strong experience implementing and architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with end-to-end solution architecture, technical design, and enterprise application development.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and Dynamics 365 extensibility.
- Experience with REST APIs, Web APIs, OData, Azure services, data architecture, data migration, integration patterns, and Dataverse data modeling.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, ALM, CI/CD, and Dynamics 365/Power Platform deployment strategies.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform security, governance, performance, and environment management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are preferred.
