Responsibilities
- Own, build, and operate your own startup, potentially in the Agentic AI field.
- Take full responsibility for scaling the startup to €100M+ in revenue.
- Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
- Build a sales force or marketing engine with program support.
- Hire talent through the organization’s professional network.
- Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
Requirements
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
- Willing to take full responsibility for building and scaling a startup to €100M+ in revenue.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
