Responsibilities
- Lead report writing and analytics initiatives for company financial data.
- Drive data and system integration projects across the business.
- Gather and analyze requirements, architect solutions, and build customizations within NetSuite.
- Perform hands-on SuiteScript development and back-end customization work.
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite.
- Conduct integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases.
- Create and maintain documentation covering business objectives and system specifications.
- Serve as the functional and technical expert in NetSuite across environments.
- Assess current-state processes and implement effective designs.
- Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on support to internal teams and customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the NetSuite platform.
- Strong NetSuite ERP development background with SuiteScript experience.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party systems using Restlets and SuiteTalk.
- In-depth knowledge of core NetSuite modules including Accounting and Order-to-Cash.
- NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of SuiteFlow for building workflows.
- Proficiency in saved searches, report building, and dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and best practices.
- Experience leveraging custom forms and workflows within the ERP system.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Proven experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
