Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and SAP HCM systems supporting the bank’s HR and payroll processes.
Implement functional and technical changes in SAP HCM based on business requirements and legal regulations.
Design and develop payroll calculation logic, including payroll schemas, functions, operations, and payroll components.
Create SAP HCM custom solutions including infotypes, reports, forms, and standard-system extensions.
Implement complex regulatory changes involving labor law, taxation, and reporting.
Analyze and debug payroll calculation processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Collaborate with analysts, business stakeholders, and team members.

Experience programming in ABAP; ABAP Objects experience is preferred.
Experience working with SAP HCM, particularly the Payroll (PY) area.
Knowledge of payroll schemas, functions, operations, and PCR, with the ability to analyze and debug payroll calculations.
Experience creating SAP extensions, including User Exits, BAdIs, and forms.
Experience developing customer-specific solutions such as infotypes, reports, and extensions.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
English proficiency at least at B1 level for working with documentation.
Experience implementing regulatory changes in HR and payroll is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (PT), or Organizational Management (OM) is preferred.
Experience with REST or SOAP integrations, or SAP BTP, is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Fiori/UI5, Electronic Personnel Files, SAP Content Server, or BW HR is preferred.
