Base Salary

$230k - $270k/yr

Responsibilities

Build scalable systems and components with a focus on stability and maintainability.
Design, write, test, and release critical technical solutions with high engineering rigor.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver large-scope technical quality projects.
Mentor junior developers and lead complex projects.
Identify opportunities to improve system performance and team efficiency.

10+ years of software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
3+ years of experience in writing low latency, large scale distributed systems.
Proficiency in Go or Python with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience building and operating high-scale, distributed systems across the full software lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within and across teams.
Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.
