Responsibilities
- Own and collaborate on end-to-end implementation and migration projects as a functional lead, architect, configurator, or stream lead.
- Lead customer meetings and provide architectural guidance based on best practices, architectural principles, and technical expertise.
- Serve as the technical authority for senior IT and business stakeholders and mentor internal teams and implementation partners.
- Configure solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and support teams with deep technical problems.
- Create actionable solution plans from ambiguous or open-ended customer requirements.
- Lead deployments of Vault CRM, Events Management, and connected solutions, including migrations from SFDC to the Veeva Vault Platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT consulting or architecture for implementation projects.
- Strong consulting background with demonstrated ability to drive best practices and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and take ownership of complex technical outcomes.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Preferred experience with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, or the Salesforce Force.com platform.
- Preferred proficiency in SQL, MDL, and Python.
- Experience with IQVIA, SAP, CVENT, or other vendor software is beneficial.
- Professional fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is beneficial.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer health, or adjacent industries is beneficial.
