Responsibilities

Create and maintain automation scripts and data-testing artifacts in collaboration with testing, development, and project teams.
Research, design, define, develop, test, document, and implement new automations or changes to existing automations.
Support information security consulting, security and risk assessments, access management, risk mitigation, and related IT risk operations.
Provide desk-side technical support, deployment services, troubleshooting, asset installation, and inventory control.
Support project management, service management, business application, agency systems, and financial operations teams.
Write and test software tools through the full software development lifecycle using .NET, C#, Visual Studio, Oracle, and SQL Server.
Analyze processing problems, support testing and troubleshooting activities, document procedures, and collaborate with IT and business teams.

Currently pursuing or working toward a bachelor’s degree.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to learn new concepts and make informed decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor in demanding situations.
Self-motivated, able to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision, and able to complete tasks accurately and on time.
Ability to perform extended computer work and communicate, prepare documentation, analyze problems, and inspect work accurately.

Full-year internship during 2027.
Office-based work setting with no travel required.
Hands-on experience across software quality assurance, IT infrastructure, information security, business applications, project support, and automation.
