Responsibilities

  • Build and expand automated device management services for large-scale manufacturing environments.
  • Manage device configuration, policies, deployment, patching, and scoping across an Apple device fleet.
  • Connect enterprise platforms and tools into automated workflows using REST APIs.
  • Support asset management workflows spanning procurement, compliance, reporting, and device retirement.
  • Work across device management and asset management while developing deeper expertise in asset management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in platform engineering, systems engineering, DevOps, or enterprise device management.
  • Hands-on enterprise MDM experience, preferably with Jamf Pro, including configuration profiles, policies, scoping, patching, and deployment workflows.
  • Solid working knowledge of Apple platforms including macOS, iOS, and iPadOS, along with client-management fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate enterprise platforms and tools into automated workflows using REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in Python and shell scripting.
  • Preferred qualifications include Jamf certification at level 200 or higher, comparable Jamf Pro administration experience, Oomnitza certification or IT asset management experience, cloud infrastructure, Docker or Kubernetes, additional experience with Go, Swift, or Java, and familiarity with enterprise security, identity services, and compliance standards.
