Responsibilities
- Organize the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across enterprise technology stacks, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Lead value streams, ARTs, or cross-cutting technical programs across multiple teams and initiatives.
- Develop and scale technical program management practices addressing availability, performance, security, compliance, and cost targets.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, business teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align technical vision, requirements, policies, and processes.
- Identify efficiency improvements, address process deficiencies, develop KPIs and metrics, report progress, and drive risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience with Python is additionally stated.
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- Practical knowledge of technical program management, SaaS fundamentals, cloud technologies, and software engineering processes is required.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, OCI, or Azure and prior leadership of cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives is required or strongly expected.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, engineering toolchains, and translating AI innovation into business and productivity impact is required.
- Experience with SaaS and internet technologies is highly desired.
- Certified SAFe Agilist and AWS, GCP, OCI, or Azure Certified Practitioner credentials are listed as preferred qualifications.
- Prior experience as a software engineer, SRE, or in a related role is required or preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
