Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications and APIs.
- Build and enable new AI-driven capabilities and features.
- Develop, refine, and optimize prompts for AI tools and large language models.
- Support the adoption and integration of AI solutions, including GitHub Copilot and other AI models.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for AI enablement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience with strong hands-on engineering capabilities.
- Strong Python development experience and understanding of software development lifecycles and developer workflows.
- Experience designing, developing, or integrating APIs.
- Practical exposure to AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, AI tools, fine-tuning, or model enablement.
- Ability to combine software engineering expertise with hands-on AI experience to support AI-enabled solutions.
- Java development experience is a bonus.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools is a bonus.
- Knowledge of LLM prompting, model tuning, or AI implementation practices is a bonus.
