Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics indicators, breakdowns, targets, thresholds, and data collection jobs.
- Build and manage dynamic dashboards and reports for operational teams, external clients, and executives.
- Develop reporting solutions compliant with domain separation, Multi-Customer Configuration, and Managed Service Provider instances.
- Align reporting logic with the Common Service Data Model across services, applications, infrastructure, and business outcomes.
- Work with integration teams to understand and validate data from monitoring, AIOps, telecommunications, and BSS/OSS systems.
- Gather reporting requirements from business analysts, process owners, and service managers and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create custom interactive filters, widgets, and portal-based reporting experiences using JavaScript, Jelly, and applicable UI frameworks.
- Develop mechanisms to export or stream curated ServiceNow data to external platforms and visualization tools.
Requirements
- At least three years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience.
- In-depth ServiceNow Performance Analytics expertise, including building complex solutions from scratch.
- Mandatory experience working in a domain-separated ServiceNow environment.
- Strong proficiency with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow data structure and Common Service Data Model.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting, including Performance Analytics scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Telecommunications industry experience and familiarity with telecommunications-specific processes and data models.
- ServiceNow CIS-PA or CAS-PA certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CSM, FSM, or ITAM is preferred.
- Familiarity with Kong API Gateway, REST, SOAP, and TMF standards such as TMF621 and TMF642 is preferred.
- Experience with Grafana, Elastic Stack, Kafka, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
- Familiarity with AIOps concepts and platforms such as Watsonx, CP4AIOps, Splunk, and Dynatrace is preferred.
- Experience developing on or integrating with Self-Service Portals is preferred.
- Bilingual English and French proficiency is highly desirable.
