Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions.
- Build and manage dynamic dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Develop reporting solutions compliant with Multi-Customer Configuration and Managed Service Provider instances.
- Collaborate with platform architects to align reporting logic with the Common Service Data Model.
- Work with integration teams to ensure data accuracy for reporting.
- Partner with business analysts and service managers to gather reporting requirements.
- Create custom interactive filters and widgets using JavaScript and modern UI frameworks.
- Develop mechanisms to export or stream ServiceNow data to external platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- In-depth expertise with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Experience in a Domain Separated ServiceNow environment.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow standard reporting and data visualization.
- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform's data structure and CSDM.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting within ServiceNow.
- Experience with core ServiceNow modules like ITSM and CMDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
