Base Salary
$139k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee technical software quality assurance and control systems for TFDM and ERAM programs.
- Define and implement standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating software product precision, accuracy, and reliability.
- Identify failure trends and verify design-standard consistency throughout the software lifecycle from design through delivery.
- Analyze post-delivery reports and feedback and recommend corrective actions for procedural, product, or process deficiencies.
- Provide Cost Account Management budget and financial status reporting for TFDM and ERAM programs.
- Develop innovative technical solutions, products, and standards supporting organizational strategy and operations.
- Lead and manage the work of technical staff and communicate significant project matters to executive and client leadership.
Requirements
- Past software development and quality assurance experience supporting the ERAM and TFDM programs.
- Experience using Engineering Edge and BPSL software, testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Cost Account Management experience with financial budget status reporting.
- Experience supporting FAA programs.
- Knowledge of AS9100D and DO-278A standards.
- BS degree or seven years of prior relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust.
