Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based software solutions for medical devices.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, quality assurance professionals, regulatory affairs, and compliance teams.
- Implement cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, and continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Ensure software development processes adhere to applicable industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations into software strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience developing cloud-based software solutions with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with test-driven development using JUnit and Gherkin.
- Strong understanding of security principles and cloud security best practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Healthcare or medical device industry experience is preferred.
