Base Salary
$103k - $129k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, business rules, dashboards, and security roles.
- Architect Power Automate flows for complex business processes, integrations, and automations.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with external systems using Azure services and connectors.
- Own application lifecycle management practices, including solution management, environment strategy, and deployment pipelines.
- Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution, performance improvements, security efforts, and application enhancements.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and support stakeholders.
- Support mentoring of lower-level team members and lead projects when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4–6 years of directly relevant experience in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related technologies, or a relevant advanced degree with 2–4 years of directly relevant experience.
- Deep proficiency with Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps and Power Automate development.
- Strong experience with Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and PCF custom controls for Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations.
- Experience with Power Platform solution management, environments, and deployment best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with independence in developing scalable technical solutions.
- Preferred experience includes Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure DevOps, Power BI, DAX, Copilot Studio, SQL Server, Azure SQL, data warehousing, Microsoft certifications, and mentoring or project leadership.
