Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions.
- Lead end-to-end development of financing platforms supporting securitized products, including mortgage structuring, pricing, and trading.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java Spring Boot and related Spring technologies.
- Build and integrate front-end solutions using JavaScript and Angular 17 or higher.
- Implement cloud-native solutions using AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, promote code quality and knowledge sharing, and implement unit testing and secure coding practices.
- Guide technical direction, lead complex assignments, advise senior stakeholders, manage risks and controls, and coach less experienced specialists.
Requirements
- Graduate degree.
- Proficiency developing RESTful APIs and microservices with Java Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of Spring Framework, including Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Batch, and Spring AI.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Angular version 17 or higher.
- Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Database proficiency with Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Ability to make strategic technical decisions and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions across the full development lifecycle.
- Banking or finance experience is preferred.
- Team-management experience is advantageous.
