Responsibilities

Develop application code and automated tests for a distributed computing system.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to architecture, design, standards, and technical research.
Analyze test and production issues and collaborate with testers and business users to identify functional, scalability, testability, security, and resiliency shortcomings.
Foster automation and support the building of CI/CD pipelines.
Provide technology recommendations and help keep the department’s technology stack current.
Train, mentor, and guide junior team members and assist with hiring qualified personnel.

At least 2 years of professional experience as a Java Developer, with demonstrated contributions to system design and architecture.
Strong communication skills and a good working command of English.
Experience with test and build automation using CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of databases, popular web frameworks, and enterprise integration concepts.
Experience with microservice architecture.
Core technical skills in Spring, SQL, Hibernate, and Kafka.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and knowledge of OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
