Base Salary
$102k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own service component availability, reliability, and operational health as a Designated Responsible Individual.
- Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot incidents, mitigate customer impact, and drive resolution.
- Lead or contribute to root cause analyses and postmortems, translating lessons into systemic improvements.
- Use telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and diagnostics to detect issues and improve service health.
- Contribute to architecture and design for distributed Power Platform service components while meeting performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and improve deployment systems and automation for safe, repeatable, low-touch releases.
- Collaborate with Public Cloud teams to onboard features, resolve dependencies, and align isolated environments.
- Support integration and validation across Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Apps.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and 4+ years of experience, or a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience, with equivalent experience also accepted.
- Coding experience may include C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI access based on an SSBI with polygraph.
- Must successfully complete required clearance verification, Microsoft Cloud background checks, and U.S. citizenship verification.
Benefits
- Typical U.S. base pay range is USD $102,100-$202,200 per year; San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range is USD $133,800-$219,200 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
