Responsibilities
- Observe network engineers to understand their diagnostic processes.
- Map existing data sources including telemetry, configurations, and support history.
- Develop a v1 of the annotation interface for engineers to log their reasoning.
- Facilitate independent generation of training data by network engineers.
- Monitor and report on model benchmark improvements based on the new data pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building end-to-end backend systems.
- Strong understanding of data storage and architectural decision-making.
- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their workflows.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Go, GraphQL, Kafka, and Postgres is preferred.
