Base Salary
$140k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end, performant, customer-facing AI/ML applications and infrastructure.
- Research state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques and incorporate them into team practices and design patterns.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering on the AI/ML roadmap, user experience, and technical infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of industry experience developing end-to-end customer-facing AI/ML applications and infrastructure.
- Strong fluency in Python, REST APIs, AI/ML frameworks, modeling techniques, and model serving.
- Experience with relational, NoSQL, object, and vector databases; Docker; Jenkins; and serverless technologies including Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex concepts to technical, non-technical, and leadership audiences.
- An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics is preferred.
