Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for new platform capabilities.
- Integrate systems with other platforms effectively.
- Collaborate with product, design, and external customers to understand and solve problems.
- Work with the research team to improve next-generation AI models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience in relevant roles.
- Experience as a founder or early engineer at a startup is a plus.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or Typescript.
- Experience with distributed systems concepts.
- Strong focus on reliability, safety, and performance in production environments.
- Interest in AI/ML is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to navigate loosely defined tasks and manage competing priorities.
