Base Salary
$95k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and manage 2-3 core business systems, including administration and platform configuration.
- Evaluate new solutions and align technology initiatives with business outcomes.
- Drive system and process optimization through deep understanding of applications.
- Guide the Business Systems architecture for seamless tool and data integration.
- Provide strategic thought partnership and solution architecting to team leads.
- Empower team members to achieve strategic goals through effective planning.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience administering an HR, Finance, or Sales system.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language.
- Ability to travel as needed to support business objectives.
