Responsibilities
- Deploy and support Anduril products for military air defense projects worldwide.
- Execute technical operations, field maintenance, customer field support, and training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured field environments.
- Communicate field issue status and technical recommendations to internal and customer teams.
- Develop and implement operational and logistical plans for events.
- Maintain high availability and performance of air defense systems.
- Maintain hardware and software support plans and up-to-date documentation.
- Support event planning and resource allocation for technical operations.
- Conduct incident response root-cause analyses, post-incident reviews, and preventive measures.
- Guide users through product employment and troubleshooting and advise account managers on technically successful operations.
- Provide specific product refinement recommendations to engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or physics.
- Experience with programming languages such as Go, Rust, or Python.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience building software solutions involving significant data processing and analysis.
- Ability to understand and navigate complex systems and established codebases quickly.
- Ability to travel to the Asia Pacific region for up to one month at a time and up to 50% of the year.
- At least 5 years of strong problem-solving experience in unstructured environments at the interface of hardware, software, and networking preferred.
- B.S. in computer science or a related technical field preferred.
- Network+ and Linux+ certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior military or overseas contracting experience preferred.
- Experience with Kubernetes preferred.
- Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact.
