Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Delphi.
- Develop and test SQL scripts that load demographic, charge, and surgery schedule data into the billing platform.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards, performance, and software quality.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
- Contribute to software architecture and design decisions focused on scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement timely solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver software products.
- Create and maintain documentation for software design, coding, and testing processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Math, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
- Minimum of eight years of SQL experience and two years of Delphi experience.
- Hands-on industry experience in software application development for Information Technology, revenue cycle management, and/or interface development is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft applications, SQL queries, Microsoft Office, and Visual Studio is preferred.
- Ability to understand and apply state and federal laws, regulations, and policies.
- Strong oral, written, interpersonal, time-management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel including pivot tables, and database software.
