Responsibilities

  • Own the software development lifecycle for assigned features, including design, coding, testing, integration, release, and documentation.
  • Write clean, maintainable, high-quality software using Python, Go, JavaScript, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
  • Test and document features and handle bug reports related to team-developed functionality.
  • Contribute to an integration and orchestration layer connecting Ericsson’s Intelligent Deployment environment with customer and supplier systems.
  • Support automated data exchange, milestone and checklist updates, document and acceptance workflows, and system synchronization.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field in Hungary.
  • Have experience with Python and object-oriented programming, decorators, and web frameworks such as FastAPI.
  • Have some experience with JavaScript and Go.
  • Understand API concepts, HTTP methods, and data formats including JSON and XML.
  • Have basic system integration, enterprise workflow automation, NoSQL database, messaging, event-driven architecture, file transfer, database connectivity, networking, containerization, and cloud computing knowledge.
  • Have coursework or project exposure to MongoDB, SFTP or FTPS, ODBC or JDBC, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, or EKS.
  • Have basic knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, and network communication fundamentals.
  • Have interest or exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Demonstrate English proficiency, analytical and problem-solving ability, willingness to learn, collaboration, flexibility, and quality focus.
