Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Manage platform configuration, system integrations, and software release activities.
- Establish and enforce standards supporting platform stability, performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, manage and mentor team members, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple technical teams and business stakeholders on key decisions and project alignment.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide solutions across teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is required.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and integration techniques in cloud-based environments.
- Experience managing software release cycles and deployment strategies.
- Ability to balance technical and business requirements when establishing platform standards.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
