Responsibilities

Work directly with the sales team from initial discovery to deal closure.
Oversee initial discovery meetings and provide platform demos.
Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions.
Function as a technical expert throughout sales engagements.
Partner with field engineering teams for effective customer experiences.
Address customer needs through strong verbal and written communication.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
Participate and speak at regional marketing events and conferences.
Enable sales and channel training for customer-facing teams.
Collaborate with various departments to improve customer lifecycle effectiveness.
Travel 30-50% to engage with customers and prospects.

6+ years of operational or selling experience in endpoint operations or security.
4+ years of experience in customer-facing or support positions.
Significant pre-sales or value-based technical selling expertise.
Experience presenting to various audience levels, including C-Suite.
Proven track record of managing complex initiatives successfully.
Broad knowledge of IT security, operations, and compliance.
Hands-on experience in endpoint security, IT operations management, or regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented with a mission-first attitude.
BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
