Responsibilities
- Quickly learn Zscaler’s SecOps platform and automate data transformations using Python and APIs.
- Onboard new data pipelines and map IT and security sources for customer use cases.
- Troubleshoot pipeline health and audit customer data to identify quality issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services teams to create implementation plans.
- Communicate technical findings to stakeholders and provide insights for product improvements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing the complete data pipeline lifecycle.
- Specialized experience with data pipelines in cybersecurity platforms.
- Proven ability to integrate diverse security tools and data sources.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling and SQL for troubleshooting data issues.
- Experience in Python for data parsing, transformations, and automation.
